5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided on our website are estimates only. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors, including weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or supply chain disruptions.

Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss and title for products transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided.

6. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacement parts are governed strictly by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Product Assembly

Many Boahaus products are ready-to-assemble (RTA) and require customer assembly. Detailed assembly instructions and hardware are provided with each product.

Boahaus is NOT responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Improper or incorrect assembly
  • Improper installation or mounting
  • Product modifications or alterations
  • Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow assembly instructions

Customers should carefully inspect all panels and hardware components before beginning assembly.

All content available on this website—including product designs, logos, trademarks, images, graphics, videos, text, descriptions, and overall layout—is the property of Boahaus Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
