Limited Warranty

Boahaus Inc. ("Boahaus") warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of delivery.

This Limited Warranty applies strictly to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What Is Covered

During the warranty period, Boahaus will, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace defective parts
  • Replace the entire product
  • Repair the product where practical
  • Provide another appropriate remedy

This warranty covers defects resulting from:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defective materials
  • Defective workmanship

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Damage caused during customer assembly
  • Improper assembly or installation
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Commercial, business, or rental use
  • Damage caused by improper or abrasive cleaning products
  • Water, moisture, flooding, extreme humidity, mold, or environmental exposure
  • Damage caused by moving or relocating the furniture after assembly
  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs
  • Natural variations in wood grain, color, finish, or texture
  • Damage caused by pets, insects, or rodents

Assembly Responsibility

Customers are responsible for assembling the product according to the provided assembly instructions.

Important Assembly Note: Boahaus is not responsible for damage resulting from improper assembly or failure to follow the instructions. Customers should inspect all components before beginning assembly.

Shipping Damage

Shipping damage is NOT covered under this Limited Warranty.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Replacement Parts

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Boahaus may provide replacement parts instead of replacing the complete product whenever practical.

Replacement parts provided under this warranty do not extend or restart the original warranty period.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@boahaus.com.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Valid proof of purchase
  • Your order number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Overall photos of the product
  • Clear, close-up photos showing the defect

Additional information or inspection may be requested to evaluate the claim.

Limitations

This Limited Warranty is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of defective products or components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boahaus shall NOT be liable for:

  • Labor, third-party assembly, or installation costs
  • Removal or disposal costs
  • Shipping costs not expressly covered by this warranty
  • Loss of use, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Limitation of Implied Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties—including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose—are limited strictly to the duration of this Limited Warranty (1 year).

Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
