Carlos R. Falcón
Chief executive officer
Current obsession: Pretending I’m a Racing driver.
I'm Carlos, and I started Boahaus sixteen years ago. Most of those years have been spent being wrong, fixing it, learning something new, and trying again. Looking back, I've realized that's pretty much the job—and thankfully, it's still my favorite part.
The products have changed. The company has changed. I certainly have. The obsession hasn't. I'm still just as excited by the idea of building something a little better tomorrow than I was on day one.
Outside of work, I have a completely unnecessary addiction to anything with an engine. Karts, Motorcycles, old Land Cruisers... if it makes noise and goes faster than it probably should, I'll probably love it.
My wife likes to remind me I'm forty now. My knees agree. My brain doesn't.
More importantly, I'm a husband, a dad of three, and someone who's constantly reminded that the things worth building—whether it's a company, a family, or a meaningful life—rarely happen overnight. Sixteen years in, I still feel like we're just getting started.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I have three kids who are probably still awake... and a wife who still thinks I put them to bed.

Alternate reality: Dragon Shiryu from Saint Seiya
Who knew adopting Schumi, a golden retriever in Venezuela in 2018, would say so much about me? Named after Michael Schumacher, he brings together my passion for family, Formula 1, football, and the belief that small choices make life richer and more meaningful.
Angely
Chief Operating & Logistics Officer
Weekend mode: Running, coconut wáter and the beach.
March 2020, I told a friend I wanted to care for elephants. "Did you know their pregnancy lasts 22 months?" she said. 5 years later, we traveled to Thailand together. We didn't stay 22 months, but we did stay 22 days. Things happen when you're ready. Just trust.

Side quest: Mastering the art of sarcasm and dark comedy.
Perseverance drives me. I don’t see obstacles; I see challenges that sharpen my problem-solving skills. No matter the adversity, I always find a way forward. Success isn’t given—it’s earned through dedication. I firmly believe that anything worth having is worth working for.

Head of Supply Chain & Pricing
Will always: Ask why... then ask what for.
If not at work, I’m driving Vino to somewhere, loop-playing a song, looking for a beach, a mountain, or coffee on the shore. I believe curiosity and having a mind of my own take me to interesting places. I'm always planning my next adventure. Oh! If you ever see me in heels, it's not me.

Dreaming of: Following the map of my heart.
I’m a Taurus thru & thru—my perfect PM: choc ice cream, my fav show & my 4 fur babies causing chaos over the house. Recovering shopaholic w/ cart full of Amazon, now under surveillance by my husband & his budget Excel. Ready to conquer the world... 1 bite or purchase at a time.

Can locate: In the kitchen looking for a snack.
I believe systematic processes are key to daily life. Structuring decisions objectively and with balance is what frees my mind to enjoy every single day to the absolute fullest—whether hiking, spending quality time with family, or raiding my secret desk snack drawer.

Outside the office: Trying to take over the world, Pinky
Someone described me as a 'whole character'—like a cartoon—meaning I love connecting completely random dots. As an architect and art nerd, embracing a mindset of stay hungry, stay foolish (and, honestly, stay bored) sparks my ideas and keeps my randomness alive.
